Player Registration Information
All players must be registered with ISI and Salt Lake County before playing in the league. To register with ISI visit www.skateisi.com/hockeymember (click on hockey player, then membership and then adult player) and to register with Salt Lake County visit www.activityreg.com, (select register for activities, then SL County Adult Hockey Player Registration, then select the season.)

Team Manager Player Roster Process
Managers are responsible for finding players for their teams and providing a rosters of players to the league administrator (Chris Billeter). Managers are also responsible for informing and making sure their players register with ISI and Salt Lake County before they participate in the league.
Roster additions/deletions must be made by the following deadlines: For Winter league by Noon the Thursday before that Sunday's game in order for their players to be eligible to play. For Summer league by Noon on Friday to be eligible for the following week of play. Managers are responsible for the adding/deleting of players.
These roster additions & deletions must be emailed to email@example.com or faxed to 385-468-1976.
Note: When emailing or faxing any forms to League Administration please list the Team that it is for.
No player will be allowed on the ice without being registered with ISI and Salt Lake County.
