All players must be registered with USA Hockey and have turned in their USA Hockey form (IMR) into League Administration.  Please visit usahockey.com to register.

USA Hockey Forms (IMR's) Team Managers are responsible for collecting their players USA Hockey IMR's and turning them into League Administration. Team managers can fax (801-966-0507) or email(cbilleter@slco.org) the forms to the League Administrator (Chris Billeter for 2012-2013 season) by Noon the Thursday before that Sunday's game in order for their players to be eligible to play. Managers are responsible for the adding/deleting of players.

Note:  When emailing or faxing any forms to League Administration please list the Team that it is for.

No player will be allowed on the ice without USA Hockey receipt of insurance(IMR).

Divisions  

Adams Division 1 – designed to be the top caliber division of play. It is typically comprised of former pros, college and junior players, and players who were at the travel team level as they progressed through the youth hockey ranks.

 

Norris Division 2 – will include players who may have once played at a high level but who are now older and slower.  Any player that is currently playing at a Junior or Midget Major Level will not eligible to play in this division.

 

Patrick Division 3 – conceptually this level is for the intermediate level player. Any player who is currently or has played the past 2 seasons at a College, Junior or Midget Major level will not be allowed to play in this division.

 

Smythe Division 4 - conceptually for the more beginning level player (5 years or less playing experience) or over 40 players who have not played travel team, college, junior or professional hockey in the past.
